“If you want to get to know Barcelona just like the locals, a walking tour is the best choice”
Old town tour:
Let us guide you round in the labyrinth of the Old Quarter showing you the well-known and the lesser-known spots and treasures of this precious part of the city. Visit the hip Born area with its speciality shops, the pretty Santa Maria del Mar church, cocktailbars and sunny terraces or el Raval, an area full of contrasts with the Macba, CCCB (contemporary cultural centre), groovy skateboarders and the beautiful courtyard of Hospital de Santa Creu. On the way, we can stop in a café, tapasbar or at the market to try the local specialties.
Tapas tour:
Let us show you the Gothic Quarter in our favourite way, combining both culture and gastronomy. We will visit tapasbars and delicatessens and round off the evening in a restaurant. This tour includes a full meal. Prices vary acording to the number of stops and the choice of restaurant.
Art-Nouveau tour:
Modernista or Art Nouveau architecture is more than Gaudi, its most famous exponent. The Eixample area in particular, is full of gems designed by other architects. During this tour we focus on lesser-known, more unusual buildings and creations which house flats, pharmacies, shops, bars, markets, etc.
Upon request we can develop tailor-made walking tours around special themes, e.g. modern architecture, designer clothing, shopping, etc.
Our guide will certainly give you some valuable insider tips on where to go and what to do in Barcelona.
Duration of the walking tours: 3 to 4 hours including any stops
